Our workshops provide opportunities for participants to become effective problem solvers in order to better adapt in this ever-changing economy. The training incorporates active-response thinking strategies to move from problem identification to problem solving. We connect Leadership skills with Emotional Intelligence training to create effective teams that include today's diverse and multi-generational workforce. Our workshops introduce specific communication techniques that create inclusive work environments.
The result is greater collaboration, innovative problem solving, and stronger teams. We then delve deeper into the "4 Big Motivators" that are commonly behind behaviors that can either positively or negatively impact how employees interact. The goal is to create a corporate culture that invites contribution, increases employee retention and enhances career satisfaction.
It is our human capital that separates organizations that can adapt and grow from those that stagnate and wither. When employees have a shared purpose, productivity increases.

The Life On Purpose workshops are designed to guide participants from self-discovery to personal-empowerment. Our goal is to Envision, Enlighten, and Equip people to be excited about their future and empower them with the steps they can take toward making their dreams a reality. The focus is on learning strategies to help navigate through the twists and turns of life.
Our classes encourage people to ask themselves reflective questions designed to help them identify how they can become their best selves. By increasing self-awareness participants learn how to optimize their personal strengths, temperament and skills sets to maximize their effectiveness in all aspects of their lives.

We have become myopically focused on “functioning”; but life is about “coping” with changing circumstances. Our mission is to help participants construct a vision of who they are and how they choose to show up in the world. The workshops emphasize aligning behavior to values, cultivating healthy relationships, and the non-verbal signals people may unconsciously send that sabotage their intent. The sessions are an opportunity for participants to explore their uniqueness and to match their vision to their goals.

About me~
My name is Wendy Massey
Following my career in logistics management, I dedicated a number of years on research and development to create the curriculum and workshops for 3C’s to Success. Although technology has changed the way many jobs are performed, human nature is timeless.
It's time to be intentional about providing programs that focus
on relational and self-management skills.
I look forward to partnering with non-profits, social services, educational, and private organizations to provide collaborative programming geared toward increasing personal effectiveness
to help our participants navigate life's transitions, challenges
and opportunities.
