Wendy Massey's ability to connect with people leads them to a greater understanding of how they can increase their personal effectiveness. She has used this gift to help countless individuals and groups see their greater potential and impact. Wendy specializes in bringing out the best in people!

 

Her lessons emphasize the 3 areas she believes are fundamental to individual growth and increased productivity: Character development, Communication techniques and Connection (interpersonal skills). She shares strategies that bridge the gap between the technical skills and the relational skills needed to create sustained success.

 

Wendy holds degrees in both psychology and sociology with an emphasis on organizational development. Her career in transportation & logistics management gifted her with a plethora of life experiences in crisis and change management.  She enjoys every opportunity to meet people regardless of where they are on their journey. Wendy’s focus is on using her unique perspective gained through education, research, and life experience to help people be more productive and have a greater impact in their personal and professional lives.
